Dr. Elena Lazar is a lecturer at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, at Public International Law and EU Internet Law and also a lawyer in the Bucharest Bar.  Elena has been teaching at the University for eleven years now.  Her areas of practice as a lawyer consist of human rights protection (specially filing complaints before the ECHR), data protection and data privacy. She is extremely passionate of tech law and always eager to improve her knowledge in this field of law. In addition, Elena published a book on EU internet law and various articles in the field of cyber law.
