Dolly completed her PhD in Law in 2001. She taught criminal law at the Lebanese University in the Faculty of Law and Political and Administrative Science (1999-2007) and criminal law and international human rights law at several Tunisian law schools (2008-2011).

She is certified in public international law from UN/UNITAR Fellowship, The Hague, Netherlands (2005), in public international law from The Hague Academy of international law (2005), in international humanitarian law from the International Committee of the Red Cross (2005), in vocational development in interaction learning (partnership between Higher Judicial Institute [Tunisia] and French National School for the Judiciary [France]) (2018).

Dolly is currently a member of the team of experts at EuroMed Justice Programme, Eurojust (2021-2023). She worked as a senior expert in EuroMed Justice Programme IV.

She is a legal consultant in international human rights law since 2009 in multiple international organizations such as UNICEF (Tunisia, Libya, and Morocco), OHCHR, UNDP, IOM Tunisia, and IDLO.

Dolly is a former member of the “Roster of High-Level Legal Experts for the Assembly of People’s Representatives/ Tunisia”, UNDP (2016-2020).

She is a lecturer in international criminal law since 2016 in initial training at the Higher Judicial Institute (Tunisia) and supervisor since 2015 on memory studies in international criminal law and international human rights law at the same institute. She was also a lecturer in advanced training at the same institute in international criminal law and international human rights law (2015 -2019) and a lecturer in more than 25 national and regional seminars since 2005.

Dolly’s professional experience includes working as international law consultant at the Council of Lebanese Ministers (2001-2004).

Her research interest includes international criminal law and international human rights law. She composed over 21 books and articles.
